AT-WILL Employment

The relationship between you and the FAVOR HEALTHCARE STAFFING LLC is referred to as "employment at will." This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or the FAVOR HEALTHCARE STAFFING LLC. No representative of FAVOR HEALTHCARE STAFFING LLC has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing "employment at will" relationship. You understand that your employment is "at will," and you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or representations regarding your employment can alter your "at-will" employment status, except for a written statement signed by you and either our Executive Vice- President/Chief Operations Officer or the Company`s President.

Short Term Policies Contract

1. All employees are required to follow MDHS requirements to ensure currently having active licenses including updated CPR (American Heart Association)For Nurses.
2. Background Check will be run through the system.
3. All Favor Healthcare staff, are state certified and registered, RN, LPN, CNA
4. All Favor healthcare Staff, must provide a current copy of their nursing License, Monteux
5. inoculation and Current CPR Certifications
6. Favor healthcare expects that all employees abide by the rules and regulations of the facilities where they are assigned to work.
7. Send you documents for verification before being issued a contract.
8. Favor Healthcare Staffing protection ONLY covers its workers. For instance, when representatives are removed from town to work and an inn is reserved for that worker, if that worker brings a relative or a companion along, Favor Healthcare Staffing shall NOT be responsible for anything that may happen to a non-employee.
9. Use of two forms of ID, Social Security Card and a state issued driver permit or green card.
10. It is responsibility of each employee to follow policies and procedures of working area and consult for clarification if not sure of the task assigned.
11. When working out of Twin city Accommodation will be offered by the Facility you will be working.
12. A minimum of 4 hours is required from all Favor healthcare Staffing clients for cancellation of all shifts
13. No call - No show: Will be subjected to deduction of 4 hours that had previously worked.
14. All Employees to wear the badge provided for Identification.
